Cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment time are charged 50% of the cost of your service.

No call/no shows are charged 100%.

All services are non-refundable or transferable, but if you are unhappy with your service, we will schedule a complimentary corrective appointment for you.

I do my best to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable with their services. If for some reason you aren't satisfied, please notify me within 48 hours! We will make it right.

Lateness can happen, but if you are 10 minutes or so late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule as it'll push back other appointments after yours.

Well behaved children are welcome to accompany you to your appointment if they agree to not touch anything in the studio to prevent any safety hazards. Additionally, they need to be mindful of their volume with the other service providers and their clients in the building.
